Spicy McChicken Illness Symptoms

I orderd 2 hot n' spicy McChickens and small fries. The chicken tasted a little more chewy then usual. After 3-4 hours of eating them, i felt like i was going to puke or had diarrhea. I did 30 minutes later after that assumption, i feel weakness. Also trouble seeing, speaking and drinking water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
