Child Sick After Happy Meal

Not sure 4 year old daughter was ill with vomiting and diarrhea on the evening of October 7,2020. Had a cheeseburger happy meal from there for dinner on October 6. Was experiencing loss of appetite by noon October 7. Vomiting and diarrhea have currently stopped.
