Ordered caramel frappe last night woke up been sick and didn't know which way to face the toilet.
I'm single mum of 3 young children and still need to look after them which is hard when going to the bathroom every half an hour or so.

Had a big tasty and quarter pounder with cheese. Since then I’ve had diarrhea and bad stomach ache.
