Big Tasty Menu Illness

After eating a Big Tasty menu, I was sick for 24 hours, had a horrible stomach ache and threw up the whole menu. While I had a plane to catch, I was still able to fly. I don't recommend McDonald's before a trip. I am afraid that hygiene will not be respected...
