Took a menu and pieces of chicken in the evening, I had to spit out everything the next day in its entirety before I felt totally better except for feeling weak for not eating anything in the day that followed  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Weakness

After eating a Big Tasty menu, I was sick for 24 hours, had a horrible stomach ache and threw up the whole menu. While I had a plane to catch, I was still able to fly. I don't recommend McDonald's before a trip. I am afraid that hygiene will not be respected...  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
