Severe Cramps After McD's

I went to McDonald's this morning about 5:45 maybe and I got a copy 2 hours later I was in the bathroom going #2 like water and it hasn't stopped and it's just getting worse I'm almost passing out from the cramps and the pain in my stomach. The chills have started and 2 hours ago.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
