Fish Sandwich Causes Cramps

About 20 minutes after eating my filet o fish sandwich I had sharp stomach cramps that made me double over. Had some bathroom visits throughout the night. This is the day after and I’ve had awful diarrhea for 12 hours. Finally decided to take Imodium.
