EXTREME stomach cramps, sweating, and chills, among other nastier symptoms six hours after eating a 10 piece McNugget (with Sweet n Sour sauce and the limited “WcDonald sauce” for dipping) It smells like the McNuggets. This was the only thing out of the ordinary I ate today…
