Me and seven men ate here while working for the power company on a night shift and all of us got the same kind of sick nausea liquid diarrhea fever vomiting all of it mine is not gone away I am on like day five  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

EXTREME stomach cramps, sweating, and chills, among other nastier symptoms six hours after eating a 10 piece McNugget (with Sweet n Sour sauce and the limited “WcDonald sauce” for dipping) It smells like the McNuggets. This was the only thing out of the ordinary I ate today… See more

I bought two shrimp and crab cakes at and some potato salad from deli. Ate one of the cakes and some potato salad. Six hours later watery loose stools, and dry heaves and extreme dizziness. Hospitalized for 5 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
