I bought two shrimp and crab cakes at and some potato salad from deli. Ate one of the cakes and some potato salad. Six hours later watery loose stools, and dry heaves and extreme dizziness. Hospitalized for 5 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
