Yesterday afternoon, fish sandwich I ate the sandwich , laid down , 30 minutes later. I was pouring sweat and shaky.I had the worst stomach pain i ever had. I went to the toilet and it was explosive from both ends  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Shaking
