I ate the chicken nuggets, 10 pc and medium fries (left a few nuggets because I didn’t feel good) at 6pm. Got a headache and stomach ache and terrible gas and threw them all up at 10pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas
