Severe vomiting and diarrhea. For the last hour. Sweaty and shaking. He can’t get up. I’m probably taking him to the hospital if it doesn’t start to clear up soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking, Sweating
