Had 2 chicken sandwiches and a few fries 09/24/24. Later that night and since then I've been vomiting, have severe nausea, stomach pains, and diarrhea. At this point I can't keep anything, not even water down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
