48 hour long constant vomiting. ate nothing else that day except homemade food. My whole family including young kids under 3 ate there too and didn't get sick - only me. Maybe the lettuce on my sandwich no one else had. Worst food poisoning of my life  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
