Today at 21:00 The McDonald's Bigmac Menu Every time I go to McDonald's I buy the Bigmac and I've never had problems before, the food tasted strange but I didn't care about it until after a few hours I started to feel nauseous  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
