I had stabbing stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and severe vomiting a few hours after a small chocolate milkshake. I vomited all night and had a fever of 38.3°C the next day. After an ibuprofen, my fever went down. #mcdonalds #deutschland #übelkeit #erbrechen #schmerzenimmagen
