Had Big Mac with large fries. Woke up feeling sick to my stomach and on the verge of vomiting. Have had food poisoning from McDonald’s before but didn’t think it’d actually strike me again from a different location. Time to convert to Burger King me thinks.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
