McDonald's BBQ Meal Illness

On Saturday the 23rd I went to eat at McDonald's with my girlfriend. We had 2 different menus, and after eating my signature (bbq), I got food poisoning. So I would be surprised if this McDonald's respects hygiene procedures.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
