Yesterday morning McDonald's Me and my partner had a big mac meal and a cheese burger and my oldest son had a quarter pounder meal and my youngest son had a happy meal we was all OK before we had the mcdonald's then the next morning all become ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
