Within an hour of eating the McChicken meal, I got diarrhea and then proceeded to have frequent and severe vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps, chills and diarrhea for the next 15 hours

My son had a Big Mac, and I had a cheeseburger. He started puking a few hours later, and I had sharp stomach pain, followed by diarrhea.

So we went to McDonald's and I got chicken nuggets when I started to eat them they tasted different I was walking home that day after I ate I felt like I was going to throw up when I got home I went to the restroom and I had dierrea.

3 breakfast burritos were shoddily made. I ate them all, three hours later tops I was blinded by a migraine, throw ups in my car while driving, and crawled on the floor in the bathroom for the next two hours.
