I ate a quarter pounder 3 nights ago & I'm feeling nausea, having stomach pains & been having diarrhea & Vomiting. Ate a quarter 3 nights and starting feeling sick the next morning. Just 1 individual. 9 hrs.

I am starting to notice that everytime I eat McDonalds at this location, the Egg McMuffin, I get sick. I have a headache and my stomach hurts.
