I ate a mcchicken at McDonald’s and haven’t felt good since. I’ve been throwing up on and off for the past 12 hours, diarrhea as well, and can’t eat anything. It was definitely the mcchicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
