My 4 year old son had a happy meal today 8/12/23 (nuggets and chips) and about 2-3 hours later out the blue he started burning up then vomiting, has been sick 3 times now in the space of an hour.

Big Mac Illness Alert

Extremely sick feeling an hour after eating Big Mac, as the night went on I became worse and now into the next day I am ill. Do not eat here. It isn’t worth the damage to your health for something that tastes mediocre.
