Ate a big mac, and a few hours later i woke up at 230 to throwing up until 730am this morning. I ate the big kac around 6. My little brother as well had the same symptoms and around thr same time

My family and I ate. I got sick with a low grade fever, vomiting, nausea, stomach burning, then diarrhea. My daughter had a low grade temp and nausea, my younger daughter had stomach pain., Our symptoms developed withing a couple of hours after eating the food. I…
