Nuggets, Tenders Cause Nausea

I bought just chicken nuggets and tenders between 3-4pm today. I ate one tender, my mom ate the other 3, around 5: 30 she started puking. I took a nausea pill layed down around 730 but couldn't hold it anymore and puked around 8
