Picked up breakfast sandwich at about noon ate it got severely sick severe headache approx 15 hrs later ended up in ER dehydrated. Stomach cramps were like Charlie horses. Still weak and trying to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration, Weakness, Cramps
