Food Safety Reports: McDonald's, Promenade Boulevard, Flowood, MS, USA

Ate about 10 out of my 20 nuggets and about half my small fries. About 6-7 hours I have thrown up 3 times with an hour in between. I'm the only one that ate this nuggets. Everything else i ate others ate too and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
