Big Mac Meal Illness

I ate a big mac meal with a large fry and sweet tea yesterday evening. Today I suddenly began having extreme diarrhea. I've gone at least 40 times and may be going to hospital tonight due to dehydration. I feel so queasy and have these nasty burps.
