I ate a big mac meal with a large fry and sweet tea yesterday evening. Today I suddenly began having extreme diarrhea. I've gone at least 40 times and may be going to hospital tonight due to dehydration. I feel so queasy and have these nasty burps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Burping

Most likely you had what is called a stomach virus, also called Noro virus. Noro can be transmitted by foods (and a number of other ways) and we will check on employee health at this establishment. Thanks for your report and hope you are better now. Ray
