J'ai mangé un repas Big Mac avec une grosse frite et du thé sucré hier soir. Aujourd'hui, j'ai soudainement commencé à avoir une diarrhée extrême. Je suis allé au moins 40 fois et je vais peut-être aller à l'hôpital ce soir pour cause de déshydratation. Most likely you had what is called a stomach virus, also called Noro virus. Noro can be transmitted by foods (and a number of other ways) and we will check on employee health at this establishment. Thanks for your report and hope you are better now. Ray
