Friday 9/2 at 5pm from here. Fasted for blood work that day and this was the only food I ate. Sickness started 2 hours later. Still sick as of Monday 9/5. Fever, chills, vomiting, dirrahea.

Had salad here. 2 days later extreme intestinal distress/diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, severe abdominal pain.
