I had a Big Mac in the afternoon. The next meal I had that day had nothing in it that could’ve poisoned me. The symptoms started when I went to bed around 11pm on March 3rd 2020and have persisted since

Are the food around 6:20 pm on December 9th 2018.
Had a grilled chichen snack wrap, ranch.
Symptoms started around 10-10:30 pm. Tried to sleep it off. Woke up a few times then finaly at 2:15am I couldn’t hold it anymore, vomited my soul out.
