McChicken Causes Severe Illness

I ordered a McChicken sandwich and within 2 hours my stomach started to feel quizzy and I had to vomit. I had diarrhea and vomiting with nausea the next 4 hours . It was followed by more diarrhea and gagging and vomiting. It was so bad that I had to leave work and go home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
