Maybe about four hours or a couple hours after I left there I got a McChicken and then maybe like two hours later I started having stomach cramps, vomiting, chills, stomach cramps, and feel awful and that’s the only thing I ate  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
