August 2 I had a Chicken Ranch Salad. That afternoon I developed abdominal pain’s, headache, nauseous and dizziness. I went to urgent care I was totally dehydrated food poisoning and nauseous. I had to go to the hospital to get IV fluids went back to urgent care…
