Severe Dehydration from Salad - McDonald's, Melbourne Florida

August 2 I had a Chicken Ranch Salad. That afternoon I developed abdominal pain’s, headache, nauseous and dizziness. I went to urgent care I was totally dehydrated food poisoning and nauseous. I had to go to the hospital to get IV fluids went back to urgent care to get IV fluids. My blood pressure went down to 96/58 and then it went up to 196/73. I couldn’t focus I didn’t know my name and I didn’t know my phone number. I was a mess. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dehydration, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
