Oct 4/23 McDonalds breakfast burrito I am really sick and when I get up I am very nauseous. 2 breakfast burritos and large coffee double cream. Extreme dizziness one hour later, vomiting and diarrhea.

My boyfriend and I ordered food for a quick supper and I got sick immediately after maybe two bites. He finished mine and his and started feeling sick to his stomach with a headache, them he ran to the bathroom and well... Let the gory sounds tell me a story while I waited for my turn on the throne.
