Salmonella from Burger Meal

My brother ate a burger at Mc Donalds around lunch and at bedtime was extremely ill with vomiting so extreme he can barely speak today. This morning he went to the hospital and had several blood tests done. Tests confirmed salmonella.

Nuggets, Fries, Severe Vomiting

Last night, I ate 10 chicken nuggets, a small fry, and a Large Coke and started to experience pains no more than an hour later. I tried to sleep off the nausea, but I finally woke up in the middle of the night and vomited at least 7 times.
