Ate Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich on Jul 16th. Was the first meal of day as the only other thing that day was morning coffee. Started vomiting and stomach cramps within an hour. After 3 throw ups and some diarrhea recovered in about 24 hours.

The Deer Valley location off of 23rd Ave gave me some chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I went there on my break from work around 5 O’clock today on Black Friday. I understand they were busy but fully prepare my food. I was only able to…
