I ate a ten piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard. About an hour later, my stomach started hurting and I had the worst headache I’ve ever had in my entire life. An hour after I had these symptoms, I threw up. The next day, I had diarrhea and my stomach was hurting even worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
