got 2 sausage mcmuffin with eggs, ate one when I got to work about 15 minutes later. Immediately started getting a stomach ache, within an hour of eating, got worse throughout the day and left for home around 3 pm. started getting typical symptoms all night and the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
