Nausea, Vomiting after Meal

Ate at mcdonalds before work, then started to feel nauseous and weak. After throwing up twice and seeing everything spin i left and i threw up on the way home and then 4 more times until i fell asleep. Lasted about 10 hours in total. Couldnt even drink water bc id throw it up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
