Adults Sick After McD's Meal

Three adults and a toddler at there yesterday around 2pm. We had mcdoubles, fries, and chicken nuggets. All adults experienced stomach cramping and diaherra. All individuals were extremely gassy and some nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
