I got my daughter a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal around 11:46am and that was all she had all day then started throwing it up around 11:30pm

July 7,2018 7 pm Ate 1 McChicken & 1 grilled snack wrap both with shredded lettuce on it. In less than 5 hours both my son & I were nauseous, had splitting headaches, muscle spasms and vomiting with incredible cramps. We were sick for over 24. Also…
