July 7,2018 7 pm Ate 1 McChicken & 1 grilled snack wrap both with shredded lettuce on it. In less than 5 hours both my son & I were nauseous, had splitting headaches, muscle spasms and vomiting with incredible cramps. We were sick for over 24. Also the restaurant service took over 25 minutes at the drive thru window from time of order and you could hear them complaining about staff. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Cramps, Headache

If you got sick with food poisoning at McDonalds surely hundreds of others would be sick.
