Ate a double qtr pounder, just the burger. It was the only food I had that day and It tasted funny, only finished half. I got violently sick, puking and runs and it's been 4 days now, still puking in mornings and haven't eaten any hard food since that.

Had a cheeseburger for lunch. Within 2 hours or less I was feeling nauseous and felt like I had a fever. This isn’t the first time either I’ve been sick or my children have been sick from this location.
