I went to mcdonalds on Yellowstone avenue and got a #2 with no pickles which is two cheese burgers and a large fry. I ate it around 12 pm and started feeling sick by 2:30 ish I finally vomited around 6 pm making me feel a little better. The only thing I ate that day was the mcdonalds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
