On July 11,2018 I ordered just a regular crispy chicken sandwich combo meal. The next day I started developing stomach cramps with body ache. Nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting are still present today on July 13,2018  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache, Cramps
