Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: McDonald's McChicken sandwich
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I ate a McChicken sandwich from McDonald's on 11/9 for lunch and now I have food poisoning
